Privacy Policy

RallyTrack.com will never give, sell, or otherwise reveal any information collected on its website about a customer to any third party unless asked by a law enforcement agency (credit fraud investigation, etc.) or to authorize an electronic payment transaction as with a credit card or an eCheck.
Information saved in our records include the customer's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, shipping information and payment tracking id's.  No credit card information is ever saved on our servers.  Our checkout system is secured by an SSL certificate which makes it safe to enter your payment information over the internet.  "Cookies" are used to track your shopping cart selections.  If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy please e-mail info@RallyTrack.com

 

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your credit card minus any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.  All returns must be requested within 14 days after purchase.

An RMA number must be obtained before a returned item will be accepted.  Call or e-mail for an RMA number.

Please be aware that we cannot accept certain items for return, including:

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD or video that has been opened. (Removed from its plastic wrap.)
Any item that is not in its original, unused condition or is damaged or is missing parts
All Rally Logger Service fees are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable after the event
Damaged or defective CDs, DVDs or videos may be exchanged for the same item only.

Should you wish to return or exchange for new merchandise please follow the instructions below:

Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
To expedite your exchange or return please insert a packing slip or a copy of your receipt.
Pack and tape your package securely.
 Include an addressed return shipping label.

For tracking purposes it is important that you ship your package via FedEx, UPS, insured Parcel Post, or other reputable carrier. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD's.)

Shipping Information

All online orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the products being shipped plus a small handling fee. Typical orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. RallyTrack.com may contact you if there are any problems or concerns with the order such as delays, customization requests, etc.
